For those of you who have read my prior piece, ASYMPTOMATIC, you are aware that I have leukemia. I was diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia in July 2005. The next month, the doctors told me I had something called Waldenstrom’s Macuglobular Anemia. Then it was B Cell Lymphoma. Then it was T Cell Lymphoma. Then it was back to Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and possibly some other things as well. No one knows for sure.The only thing that they seem certain of is that if I don’t get a stem cell transplant, I’m going to die from whatever the hell it is. Read the rest of this entry »
